French Toast (free challah from the Capella) Bacon Sauteed apples Fried egg Manchego Cheese, grated fine on top of all of the above, and broiled to a melty crust.
you had me until the manchego cheese on the french toast part. challah à la capella french toast needs powdered sugar or real maple tree juice not something that squirted out of an old spanish sheep udder and spent 3 months in a dank cave. (no offense to ovines spaniard everywhere but people can get a little nuts about their cheese.)
thank you for sharing your dinner menu. it's the happiest entry i've read today.
